NAMIBIAN WOMEN AND GIRLS ALIVENESS ENTITY
Back then before the Namibian independence, namibian women and girls have been dying immensely by manslaughter. In this case let us reckon about the cassinga massacre in the ongulumbashe where it all started, the Windhoek massacre at the old location in Windhoek which is now called the hochland park where an elderly woman, Kakurukaze Mungunda was shot and died on the spot. Let us reckon the Herero-Nama genocide where the namibian women were raped and slaughtered by the German troop soldiers. It is becoming worse and worse each and every single day in Namibia.
In nawa years, policemen, whose job is to promote and maintain peace have an increasing record of killing their girlfriends(women). Small girls are being raped and murdered. Let's go in recent years and think of Magdalena Stoffels, the seventeen year old schoolgirl whose body was found raped and murdered in a riverbed, thirteen year old Elizabeth Claudia Guim whose lifeless body was found in a riverbed in Tsumeb, Schoolgirl Rina !Nau/gawases who was raped and murdered in the Goreagab informal settlement on the outskirts of Windhoek. We talking about women and girls, man's helpers, wifes and kids' mothers. The reputation of the country is dropping beneath recognition and somebody has to do something about it before peace and security fades away without no footprints behind.
I have been conversating this matter with people around the Havanna vicinity in Windhoek. Lee, a 21 year old at Namibia University of Science and Technology was suggesting that soldiers should be released from the camps and start doing some duties on the streets instead of getting paid for for eating and sleeping, they are relaxed while the country is suffering, he added. Another was Erica, a woman in her midfourties, a cleaner at Havanna Primary school opinionated the high court law to be implemented for killing women and girls. She explained that the high court was a law in the olden days where the killer was slaughtered as well. I one evening met with a 53 year old Goreagab resident, Immanuel, a born again christian on my way to town what crucial opinion he had about the harm that namibian men are busy building. He answered briefly saying that the man of this country should start by marrying their girlfriends, he further explained that when they marry, rape cases will greatly reduce and that the cause of women murder is jealousy. He still went on telling me about another 51 year old man man that was arrested on Sunday at Usakos on a charge of murdering his ex-girlfriend in Karibib on Saturday night.
The case that has touched the hearts of the Innocent namibian people, that has let to the grieving in pain to see what Namibia, their country has become is of Cheryl Avihe Ujaha, a grade three learner at Gammams Primary School whose body was found was most recently dumped at the school's nearby bushes battered and seemed to have been partially boiled just after her three days disappearance. It is in addition alleged that she was raped. How traumatizing can that news be to a mother.
However, the namibian city police is still investigating the crime and no suspect is yet apprehended. Namibians got touched, their hearts are wounded this time. They feel like a plan should be executed for the security and freedom of the namibian women and girls. She keeps you in the womb for nine months, she raises you with or without your father, she feeds you and loves you unconditionally. Where is the gratitude dear heartless men?
